The PECO SL389 is a large-radius left-hand turnout designed for N Gauge model railway layouts. It is part of PECO’s Streamline N Gauge Code 80 universal track system, which includes flexible track, turnouts and crossings in both Insulfrog and Electrofrog configurations.
The SL389 has a 160 mm length, an 8-degree frog angle and a 914 mm radius. Its large-radius geometry is ideal for creating smoother, more generous track formations on N Gauge layouts.
The Insulfrog version provides an electrically isolated frog and can be used with compatible PECO Code 80 track components. Two SL389 turnouts can also be combined with an SL394 Long Crossing to form a double junction.
